A new treatment has been added to our podiatry services!
"Cosmetic Nail Refurbishment" is a new tecnique used to replace thickened, fungal, damaged, broken, or unsightly nails with a cosmetically acceptable nail. It is also used where there is no nail.

Reducing the risk of stroke.
A long term follow up study of 12 years suggests that women over 45 years of age, who walk 2 or more hours per week, are less likely to experience a stroke.
If you walk at a speed of 4.8km/hour, the risk of a stroke is 65% less likely.
If you walk at a speed below 4.8km/hour, the risk of a stroke is 37% less likely.
Questions to ask yourself
- Are you unable to walk 2 or more hours per week?
- Do pains in your hips, knees or feet stop you from walking?
- Would you like to be able to walk 2 or more hours a week?
If you have answered YES to any of the above questions, you are likely to benefit from podiatric, chiropractic or acupuncture treatments.
